The path to wellbeing is a life-long journey and can begin at any stage. It is a part of our intrinsic nature as human beings to be happy, healthy and to live well.
Wellbeing is not just the absence of disease or illness but a state of inner contentment that allows us to live our lives to the fullest.
Meeting You Where You Are
I work with clients meeting them where they are in their wellbeing journey. As a wellbeing coach I work alongside and in collaboration with you to motivate and empower you to live in alignment with your wellbeing values.
Taking a holistic approach to wellbeing I will support you to develop greater self-insight, set goals and overcome barriers so that you can find greater balance in your life.
My aim it so hold space and encourage clients to unlock their potential and fulfil their goals.
What is Wellbeing Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative and person centred approach, working closely one-to-one, over an agreed period of time. It is a supportive and empowering process that allows you to self-identify health goals, pinpoint potential roadblocks to success and develop the ‘self coach’ to nurture personal growth.
My coaching is informed by 15 years of practicing and teaching yoga, breath work, physical fitness, meditation and mindfulness.
Sessions are 60 minutes and take place weekly or fortnightly online via Zoom.
