Workplace Offerings

Yoga

Yoga sessions can be delivered weekly during lunch, before or after work. Sessions last either 45 or 60 minutes in length.

Alternatively bespoke one off sessions can also be created for special events.

No previous experience of yoga necessary.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness at work is specifically tailored to help manage stress, anxiety and burnout.

Learn the fundamental principles of mindfulness through practical tools and techniques that can be applied in the workplace and everyday life.

Options include:

  • Intro to Mindfulness Workshops

  • 6 week Mindfulness Courses

  • Interpersonal Mindfulness

Improve employee happiness, communication and resilience, which leads to enhancing the business culture and workplace wellbeing.

Retreats + Talks

Corporate away days are an excellent way to enhance employee moral by creating a retreat environment to rest, relax and replenish.

Retreat days are held in external venues and can be tailored to include a mix of yoga and mindfulness.

Wellness Talks are a great addition to your wellbeing events calendar. Sessions are interactive, informative and offer tangible tools and tips.

Topics include:

  • Stress Management

  • Sleep Well

  • Mindfulness

All sessions can be delivered in person or virtually via Zoom or MS Teams.
